CHRISTIAN KOCH

After having worked in different international law offices, he participated in 1997 in the creation of the law office v. CARSTENN-LICHTERFELDE.

His experience extends to the practices of commercial and corporate law and litigation, be it before all kind of Spanish National Courts or before the most important national and international Arbitration Courts. He has acted as counsel in M & A operations in Spain and also participated in some of these operations in foreign countries.

He has teached in the Master of Business Law at the Instituto de Empresa and at Centro de Estudios Financieros.

He obtained his Law Degree at the UNIVERSIDAD PONTIFICIA COMILLAS-ICADE, with the specialty of Business Law and participated in the Master of Business Law at the INSTITUTO DE EMPRESA.
